Sharing the space

A current project in O’Connell is undertaking subtle landform reshaping and finessing that works with the hydrology of the site.

In this part of NSW the grassy woodland box country gave way to grazing country as pastoralists settled the Central Tablelands region.

Now once again the land makes another shift, undertaking a second clearing to make way for a habitable space. This interruption to the landscape has subtle dynamism, engaging with it’s own energy and flow.

A successfully designed space will embody both the ‘spirit’ of the grassy woodlands and create a habitable space for humans and critters.
